Job Description
Our client is a fantastic, boutique interior design company who are working on very high-end hospitality projects across Saudi and UAE are looking for a BIM Manager/CoOrdinator who has experience on the interior design side. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage multiple project teams, enhancing company and team performance under the guidance of the Directors.
  • Dedicate to the company’s growth by delivering technical excellence and contributing to broader business aspects, such as developing BIM standards.
  • Act as the primary BIM liaison for clients across all projects.
  • Conduct weekly BIM meetings, ensuring clear communication and resolution of BIM items with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with design and technical teams for BIM matters.
  • Work with approved Revit Outsource companies on BIM issues.
  • Oversee the production of BIM models for all projects.
  • Ensure adherence to client BIM standards, guidelines, and project BIM Execution Plans.
  • Maintain uniformity in work-set strategies, object families, and naming conventions as per project.
  • Support consistency in BIM model quality and modelling practices.
  • Aid in the meticulous setup, technical delivery, quality assurance, and control of BIM project documentation.
  • Manage BIM document control and project management effectively.
  • Provide objective analysis of project performance and timely progress reports.
  • Identify potential challenges and collaborate with Directors to find solutions.
  • Ensure all teams comprehend and follow company BIM documentation standards and possess necessary equipment.
    • Advocate for essential roles within the broader practice, such as:
    • BIM model reviews
    • BIM training and mentoring
    • Ongoing development of company BIM standards
    • Continuous professional development in BIM
  • Adhere to all relevant company policies, regulatory frameworks, and operational standards.
  • Perform tasks in line with internal operational and documentation standards and procedures.

Requirements
  • BA or MA in Interior Design or architecture.
  • Must have BIM experience in the interior design field.
  • Local experience living and working in UAE is preferable.
  • Looking for an individual that can grow with the business.
  • BIM Revit is essential

Requirements
Minimum Bachelors in Interior Design Middle East experience is preferable but not essential Must be able to demonstrate design skills via a portfolio presentation that shows examples of mood boards, finishes and material selection on high-end, luxury residential and commercial projects.
