We have a team of 50+ experienced sourcing specialists who are hiring for PAN India. We, as a Recruitment partner, expertise ourselves in Volume, Mid Senior, and Senior Level of hiring. Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven IT & Non-IT Recruitment Specialist to join our team and play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline for our clients. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making placements. You will also be involved in developing recruitment strategies and ensuring that we achieve our recruitment goals. Responsibilities: Handle IT and Non-IT requirements for our clients, understanding their specific needs and preferences. Enlist postings in relevant resume sources, collect and analyze resumes, make initial contact with potential candidates, and shortlist qualified applicants. Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making placement decisions. Coordinate subsequent interviews and assessments for shortlisted candidates and advance them to the next stages of the recruitment process. Maintain a good conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placements. Participate in the Strategy Development process, which includes understanding client requirements and mapping relevant talent pools. Stay up-to-date on the latest recruitment trends and best practices. Proactively identify and address potential hiring challenges. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Work collaboratively with other members of the recruitment team. Achieve individual performance goals and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team. Qualifications: Bachelor‘s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT or Non-IT recruitment. (Freshers can apply) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus. Target-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
