**About Us**:
At **TECHCOMM Urban Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (TUMC)**, we believe in building strong teams that drive sustainable growth and innovation. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented **Recruiter** to join our HR team and contribute to our talent acquisition initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Ensure smooth onboarding process for new hires.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) as an HR Recruiter or in talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,867.93 - ₹27,959.66 per month

Work Location: In person
