Une industrie sur le secteur de Colmar recrute pour la rentrée 2024, un(e) apprenti assistant ressources humaines H/F, en Bachelor Chargé(e) de Gestion en Ressources Humaines au sein de notre école.


Rythme d'alternance en Titre RNCP Niveau 6 Chargé(e) de Gestion en Ressources Humaines:

3 jours de formation au CFA IESA une semaine sur deux, 7 jours étant consacrés au travail en entreprise, sur les deux semaines.


Missions à réaliser :

  • Gestion de l'intérim 
  • Transmission des besoins, recrutement, gestion des contrats en lien avec l'agence intérim implantée sur site 
  • Support au recrutement interne 
  • Rédaction d'offres d'emplois internes 
  • Gestion administrative du personnel de l'entrée à la sortie des collaborateurs 
  • Gestion des contrats et des avenants (rédaction, signatures), gestion des temps ... 
  • Mise à jour de modes opératoires et de procédures 
  • Gestion des médailles d'honneur du travail 
  • Support au projet RH lié au nouveau logiciel de gestion des temps 
  • Gestion des affichages obligatoires

Le CFA IESA est spécialisé dans la formation par alternance depuis 1986, mettant l'accent sur le secteur tertiaire dans le Bas-Rhin. Nos formations, comprenant des diplômes d'État et des titres RNCP, vont du CAP aux titres RNCP niveau 7 (Mastère Bac +5).
