Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as an Email and Chat Support Executive at Sitefy.co. As an Email and Chat Support Executive, your day-to-day tasks will involve providing support to customers via email and chat, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams.


Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, and Clerical Skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to empathize with customers
  • Proficient in using email and chat platforms
  • Experience in customer support or a related field is a plus
