Mumbai, India Fluidscapes Consultants (opc) Full time

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Field Executive to join our operations team. You will act as the on-ground representative of Fluidscapes, ensuring smooth execution of field activities, managing logistics, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execution & Coordination:

  • Act as the communication bridge between Field Manager, LCB Manager, and Brand Manager.

  • Execute instructions promptly and accurately on ground.

  • Ensure daily deployment and punctual reporting of field team members (in-house and vendors).

  • Team Oversight & Discipline:

  • Supervise field team operations to ensure adherence to uniform, equipment usage (jackets, walkie-talkies), and other protocols.

  • Logistics Management:

  • Coordinate local and outstation logistics: travel, stay, food, vendor engagement, equipment rentals.

  • Maintain and update a comprehensive vendor and equipment database.

  • Equipment & Inventory Handling:

  • Ensure prior requisition and testing of field equipment; liaise with the Inventory team for dispatch and returns.

  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate replacements or fixes during field operations.

  • Communication & Reporting:

  • Ensure proper usage of communication tools like Slack, WhatsApp, and Wrike as per company standards.

  • Provide timely and accurate field updates and reports using pre-defined templates.

  • Finance & Documentation:

  • Handle and report petty cash expenses.

  • Update finance-related records in the appropriate forms/sheets.

Candidate Requirements

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Marathi and English (both verbal and written)
  • Communication: Clear, timely, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Excellent punctuality and ability to meet deadlines
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to handle logistics, equipment, and coordination efficiently
  • Reporting Skills: Must be capable of creating and updating reports accurately and consistently.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to handle on-ground operational challenges independently.

Preferred Traits

  • Field experience in event coordination, logistics, or campaign management (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours based on event schedules.
  • Basic tech-savviness (comfortable using Slack, WhatsApp, and online forms).
