Job Functions / Responsibilities:

- Understanding of business dynamics, market trends, and competitive landscape to align digital marketing transformation efforts with broader business objectives.- Manage social media handles & Website content.- Should be able to plan and strategize content calendar on monthly basis.- Content Management on various platforms.- very well versed in writing copy/content.- Should have some knowledge of creating graphics, especially in Adobe Express. Any other Adobe product knowledge a plus.- Strong project management skills to oversee digital marketing transformation initiatives, manage timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensure successful implementation.- Ability to analyze large volumes of data and combine them with macroeconomic factors and competitive benchmarking to cull out insights relevant for stakeholder teams- Strong communication and presentation Skills to share the perfect pitch with key stakeholders- Strong skills to develop, manage and deepen relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

- Digital Marketing experience – Minimum 3 years (preferably Healthcare/IT Industry)- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and to prioritise workload effectively.- Proficient in English to communicate and collaborate across business functions- Proven success in a fast-paced environment, working with a team and individually.- Should be okay to work in 12 Pm to 9 PM IST in Hybrid or WFO as per business requirement
