Business Development Executive

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 0 years Location: Agra, Dehradun, Delhi JobType: full-time We are looking for passionate and driven Business Development Executives (BDEs) to collaborate with schools, onboard them onto our English learning curriculum, and ensure strong engagement at the management, teacher, and student levels. This is a high-impact role responsible for expanding reach, nurturing long-term partnerships, and driving adoption and success across institutions. Requirements Key Responsibilities Acquire new school partnerships and drive engagement across school management, teachers, and students through effective product demonstrations. Onboard newly closed accounts with structured training and webinar support; establish engagement playbooks for long-term usage. Act as the primary point of contact for partnered schools and ensure continuous growth through upselling opportunities and KPI tracking. Guide schools, educators, and students on best practices for using the English learning platform and monitor monthly usage data. Serve as a product ambassador—collect feedback from stakeholders to support product improvements and enhance user experience. Skills & Qualifications Preferred experience in B2B, school sales, or the EdTech domain. Strong exposure to schools or knowledge of the education technology ecosystem. Ability to take full ownership of customer relationships from acquisition to growth. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders. 1–2 years of experience managing school partnerships or accounts within the education or EdTech sector is preferred.
