  • Tracking of enquires in all stages of sales – BD, TD, EOI/RFI, RFP, Market Study, etc and reporting to Bid management senior.
  • Send Response plan for RFIs to customers after confirmation with senior. (Current Product Specification meeting with Customer requirement)
  • Study the tender specs and prepare compliance report.
  • Prepare commercial feasibility report for tender participation.
  • Prepare suggestion report in response plan for RFIs to customers. (Current Product Specification not meeting with Customer requirement)
  • Prepare compliance report and support bid management senior in decision making.
  • Specification drafting for new products or minor modification products to ensure maximum participation
  • Prepare tender project deliverables (cost effective parameters) e.g., Accessories, warranty etc. along with product manager.
  • Checking and taking approval of the document of the tender for bid submission from Product Engineering head (test report, technical literature etc)
  • Tracking tender project status at various stages of manufacturing, testing, and escalating the matter if any project stuck at any stage.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to make the process robust and error free.
  • Resolve queries of customer on product specification in exhibitions.
  • Test report database updating.
  • Maintain database of all the enquiries handles and result of participation.
  • New project database updating.
