What will you drive?

Strategic Tax Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring full compliance with local, state, and international tax laws.

Tax Compliance: Oversee the accurate and timely preparation and filing of all tax returns, including corporate, income, sales, property, and international taxes.

Direct and Indirect Taxation: Manage all aspects of direct taxation (e.g., corporate income tax, withholding tax) and indirect taxation (e.g., VAT, GST, customs duties), ensuring compliance and optimization.

Corporate Taxation: Oversee corporate tax planning and compliance, including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and other corporate transactions.

International Taxation: Develop and implement strategies for managing international tax risks and opportunities, including transfer pricing, tax treaties, and cross-border transactions.

Tax Audits and Disputes: Lead the management of tax audits and disputes, coordinating with external advisors and tax authorities to resolve issues efficiently.

Regulatory Compliance: Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organization; ensure the company adapts to new regulations and maintains compliance.

Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and review of tax provisions and disclosures for financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.

Transfer Pricing: Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations and manage related documentation and reporting.


Who are we looking for?

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum of 10 years of experience in taxation.
  • In-depth knowledge of global tax regulations, including direct and indirect taxes, international tax laws, transfer pricing, and tax treaties.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in tax software and financial reporting systems.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the tax team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, finance, legal, and other departments to align tax strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external tax advisors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
