Scope of the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Head to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 12 + years of experience in the managerial role. The Finance Head will be responsible for developing financial strategies aligned with the organisational strategic goals.


This role also involves overseeing all major aspects of financial areas including but not limited to accounting, regulatory, budgeting, forecasting, financial risk management and development of internal financial controls, policies and procedure.


Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company and the business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the preparation and management of the company’s P&L statements, ensuring accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
  • Conduct in-depth ratio analysis to assess the financial health of the organization and make informed decisions.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
  • Ensure timely and accurate compliance with applicable taxes and regulatory reporting requirements
  • Oversee general accounting functions, including payroll, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, books closing (monthly, quarterly and annually), auditing, general ledger management, inter-company accounting for Indian and Foreign Entities.
  • Coordinate external and internal reporting, improving and standardizing financial consolidation and reporting processes across the company.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and disclosures in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review monthly/quarterly account reconciliations and other documents to ensure compliance.
  • Promote collaboration and effective communication within the finance department and across the organization.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the executive team to support decision-making.

Eligibility and Education

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in relevant industry including Finance Head


Level Experience

  • CA or MBA Equivalent

  • INR 12- 18 lacs per annum
