Key Responsibilities:


Outbound Calling:

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to potential leads and previously lost customers.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to engage prospects and deliver persuasive pitches.
  • Handle objections, rejections, and disconnections with professionalism and resilience.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.


Lead Conversion:

  • Identify and qualify leads based on company criteria to ensure alignment with offerings.
  • Develop and deliver tailored pitches to convert leads into customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage lead generation tools and campaigns.


Lost Customer Re-engagement:

  • Analyze reasons for customer churn and create targeted outreach strategies.
  • Reconnect with lost customers through personalized and effective communication.
  • Present customized solutions and incentives to regain lost business.


Transition of Acquired Customers:

  • Ensure a smooth handover of newly acquired or re-engaged customers to the other teams.
  • Provide comprehensive documentation on customer needs, preferences, and specific requirements.
  • Coordinate with the receiving teams to ensure continuity of service and support.


Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to outbound calling, lead conversion, and customer re-engagement.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.


Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to align strategies and share insights.
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.


Skills:

  • Strong outbound calling skills with proven experience in handling rejections and achieving calling targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects and deliver persuasive pitches.
  • Resilience and persistence in managing high call volumes and overcoming challenges.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools for tracking calls and managing leads.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and develop targeted outreach strategies.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, particularly in dealing with large OEMs, End Customers, and Resellers.
