Talent Acquisition Specialist

to join our team and support our expanding workforce needs.Key Responsibilities:Full-Cycle Recruitment:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and non-IT roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.Candidate Sourcing:

Utilize various channels (job portals, social media, LinkedIn, employee referrals, etc.) to identify and attract top talent.Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and deliver high-quality candidates.Talent Pipeline Development:

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing and future hiring needs.Interview Coordination:

Organize and facilitate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Market Research:

Stay updated with hiring trends and recruitment practices within the industry to improve hiring effectiveness.Requirements:Experience:

3 to 5 years in Talent Acquisition, with a strong track record in recruiting for both IT and non-IT positions.Industry Knowledge:

Experience in IT recruitment and understanding of various technology stacks is preferred.Recruitment Tools:

Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and sourcing tools.Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.Availability:

Immediate joiners preferred.
