Position Title: YouTube Growth and Channel Manager

Location: DLF Corporate Greens, Sector 74A, Gurugram

Job Type: Full-Time


Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and strategic YouTube Growth and Channel Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to create and optimize video titles and thumbnails to ensure channel growth and maximize revenue. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the script writer's head and video production head to manage the entire content process, ensuring that videos are engaging, interesting, and aligned with our brand's goals.


Key Responsibilities:

Title and Thumbnail Optimization:

  • Develop compelling and Attention Grabbing titles for each video to increase click-through rates and visibility.
  • Design eye-catching and relevant thumbnails that attract viewers and accurately represent the video content.
  • Conduct A/B testing of titles and thumbnails to determine the most effective strategies for maximizing engagement.


Channel Growth and Revenue Management:

  • Analyze YouTube analytics and other data sources to track channel performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Implement strategies to increase subscriber growth, video views, watch time, and overall channel engagement.
  • Optimize monetization strategies including ad placements, sponsored content, and other revenue streams.


Content Management and Coordination:

  • Work closely with the script writer's head to ensure scripts are engaging, informative, and aligned with audience interests.
  • Collaborate with the video production head to ensure high-quality video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production.
  • Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely publication and promotion of videos.


Collaboration and Team Leadership:

  • Lead and coordinate with the creative team, including scriptwriters, video editors, graphic designers, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss content performance, brainstorm ideas, and ensure alignment with overall channel strategy.


Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with YouTube’s algorithms, policies, and best practices to continuously optimize channel performance.
  • Research and implement new tools, techniques, and strategies to enhance content quality and channel growth.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing and growing a YouTube channel.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube analytics, SEO, and video optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality content.


Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with social media management and digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of current trends in digital content and audience engagement.
  • Familiarity with YouTube’s monetization policies and practices.
