We would like to have highly motivated individuals join our team and work hand in hand with our client projects and manage our fast-growing client base. Our perfect fit for this role will be organized, and meticulous, demonstrate attention to detail, and will be a natural leader. You will be working with both internal and external stakeholders to build adoption of Qure's product portfolio. As we are a fast-growing start-up, you will be wearing multiple hats and are expected to be a multitasker with solid time management skills.

Responsibilities

The core responsibility is to work with clients through the entire journey with Qure.ai to deliver a seamless product experience for all key stakeholders, maximize and assess the impact of Al in their environment and grow these partnerships by exploring new use cases of Qure's products for the client.

- Deployment Readiness and Integration: Conduct in-depth on-site assessments to evaluate hospital infrastructure for AI compatibility. Identify and creatively address technical challenges, ensuring seamless AI integration and optimal performance. Extensive travel would be required.- Client Issue Resolution: Resolve client complaints by handling complaint platforms which would involve liaising with Client IT and Program Teams, managing remote access requests, and coordinating with internal engineering teams for timely solutions.- Project Management: Collaboratively lead and coordinate multiple AI implementation initiatives across diverse regions, driving execution excellence through structured methodologies and shared accountability.- Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring a seamless product experience and maximizing the impact of AI solutions. This will encapsulate building strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders internally & externally. Proactively engage and align stakeholders with program goals. Effectively communicate project progress and address concerns.- Impact Generation: Identify and measure the clinical, operational, or economic advantages achieved by stakeholders through the program. Highlight these benefits through detailed reports, case studies, or presentations to showcase the value delivered and reinforce stakeholder commitment.

Requirements

- Technical Skills: Intermediate level understanding of AI in healthcare- Project Management: Proven ability to lead and execute projects.- Client Focus: Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.- Operational Excellence: Proven ability to rapidly grasp & implement complex operations, provide creative solutions and drive process improvements- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Healthcare Experience: Prior knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage Experience and other considerations.- The role will primarily require domestic travel with the potential for international travel.
