Job Title: Sr. Onboarding and Implementation Specialist Responsibilities: Analyze prospect/customer requirements and provide product knowledge support. Actively drive and manage the onboarding process with customers. Articulate the company’s technology and product portfolio to both business and technical users. Provide technical consultancy to customers, identifying their technical and business requirements. Work closely with technical teams to design solutions aligned with client needs. Assist in creating and delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations. Manage the sales bid process, including responding to RFI's and RFP's. Collaborate with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process. Liaise with Product Managers to provide client feedback and product requirements. Stay updated on market trends and competitor landscapes. Desired Qualifications: Excellent communication skills with experience working with global clients. Practical experience and knowledge of Salesforce or any CRM platform, preferably Salesforce. Salesforce Admin or Developer certifications are a plus. Experience in product-based companies. Familiarity with startup culture, particularly SaaS-based startups. Key Result Areas: Successful onboarding and implementation within stipulated timelines. Positive feedback from customers. Adherence to process guidelines for capturing necessary documents/artifacts. Timely follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of work. What working at SMS Magic Offers?
