Job Title: OnboardingSpecialist

JobOverview:

As an OnboardingSpecialist you play a pivotal role in expanding our reach in theFMCG industry. Leveraging your experience in appointingdistributors and launching new FMCG products you will beresponsible for meeting retailers and onboarding them to ournetwork. Join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth of ournetwork in the FMCGsector.

Responsibilities:

  1. DistributorNetworkExpansion:

    • Utilizeyour expertise to identify evaluate and appoint retailers instrategic locations.
    • Develop andmaintain strong relationships with retailers fosteringcollaboration and ensuring alignment with companyobjectives.

  2. NewProductLaunch:

    • Lead theonboarding process for new FMCG products ensuring a smoothintroduction into themarket.
    • Collaborate with themarketing and sales teams to develop effective launchstrategies.

  3. RetailerEngagement:

    • Personallymeet retailers presenting our FMCG products and articulating thevalue proposition of joining ournetwork.
    • Address inquiries andprovide information to retailers regarding product offeringspricing and promotionalinitiatives.

  4. OnboardingProcessManagement:

    • Overseethe endtoend onboarding process ensuring efficient and timelyintegration of retailers into ournetwork.
    • Collaborate with internalteams to streamline onboarding procedures and enhance the overallexperience forretailers.

  5. MarketAnalysis:

    • Stayabreast of market trends competitor activities and industrydevelopments.
    • Provide insights andrecommendations based on market analysis to enhance theeffectiveness of onboardingstrategies.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Provenexperience in the FMCG industry specifically in appointingdistributors and launching newproducts.
  • Strong understanding ofdistributor management network expansion and market dynamics in theFMCG sector.
  • Excellent interpersonaland communication skills to engage effectively withretailers.
  • Resultsoriented mindsetwith a track record of meeting and exceedingtargets.
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Marketing or a relatedfield.

  • Relationshipbuilding:Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships withretailers.
  • Strategic Thinking:Capacity to devise and implement strategic plans for distributorand retaileronboarding.
  • Communication: Clear andeffective communication skills both verbal andwritten.
  • Negotiation: Proficientnegotiation skills to secure favorable terms with distributors andretailers.
  • Analytical: Stronganalytical skills to interpret market data and make informeddecisions.
  • Technology: Should havesound knowledge on basic computer applications and spreadsheets.

Qualifications: Proven experience in the FMCG industry,specifically in appointing distributors and launching new products.Strong understanding of distributor management, network expansion,and market dynamics in the FMCG sector.
