Position Overview: The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing key client accounts within the IT services and staffing sector. This role involves building strong relationships with GCC clients, understanding their staffing needs, and delivering exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT services or staffing, with a proven track record of account management and sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

2.Account Growth and Development:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
  • Develop account plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.

3.Staffing Solutions:

  • Understand client staffing needs and work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
  • Present suitable candidates to clients, manage interview processes, and negotiate placements.

4.Sales and Revenue Management:

  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and agreements to clients.

5.Market and Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on industry knowledge.

6.Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate records of account activities, sales, and revenue forecasts.
  • Provide regular reports to management on account performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 to 12 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the IT services or large staffing industry managing GCC’s.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of IT staffing and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
