Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely support. Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and help generate leads. Work with the sales team to convert leads into customers. Sales Reporting: Assist in tracking sales data, preparing reports, and analyzing sales performance. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on sales analytics. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and alignment with company goals. Train and mentor junior sales staff when necessary. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively position the company in the marketplace. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential new markets, customers, and sales channels. Provide feedback and ideas for product development and service improvements. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations, product demonstrations, and promotional materials to clients and prospects.
