Role & responsibilities :

  • Conduct accurate and timely online verification and validation of multiple types of insurance documents (health, life, auto, property, commercial, liability, etc.) across different geographical locations.
  • Manage annual policy updates, renewals, and re-verification processes for individuals and organizations.
  • Communicate effectively with insurance providers, clients, and internal departments to clarify policy details, obtain missing information, or resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure all data complies with local and international insurance regulations and data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate and organized digital records of all verifications, validations, and communications.
  • Utilize CRM systems, insurance platforms, and online verification tools to manage workflows.
  • Stay up to date with insurance industry trends, changes in policy structures, and regional compliance requirements.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance the overall accuracy and speed of insurance validation workflows.

Preferred candidate profile : Any Graduate or candidates who will be completing Graduation this year.
