Partner Certification Leader

This role will be focus on managing key partners, ensuring certifications requirements/needs are line with our Orange business ecosystem, prioritizing the right certifications into the right job roles to increase the value of our expert profiles in the eyes of our customers and partners.
In addition, this role will be act as the owner of this partners within the PEG ecosystem and by such be responsible for facilitating negotiations/interlock on subjects beyond that cover all the employee development cycle.
Main activities
Support the orchestration and deployment of our certification strategy to materialize our ambition of achieving “20,000 Certifications by 2025” and prioritizing the right certifications to the right job roles: Build a strong network and governance with various internal stakeholders in Orange Business who are involved in Certifications, such as Partner Office, Business Entities and Regions, to minimize overlap of responsibilities and avoid duplication of efforts. Work in close partnership with our stakeholders to create certification roadmap in line with business, regional and Job Role requirements. Partner Governance and Relationships management for France & International Operating as the lead point of contact for all PEG matters specific to your key partners, overseeing the communication between each PEG team/member with the partner and ensuring his needs, goals, and expectations. Building and maintaining a strong governance with our key partners in partnership with the Partner Office team – Ensuring the flow of required business information toward the PEG team. Assess new partnership opportunities that could bring value to Orange Business ecosystem. Act as a stakeholder/contributor during key negotiation, ensuring that PEG needs/expectations are being taken on consideration during contracts negotiations and agreements with our partners. Act as a driver on the redesign process of our certification methodology, policy, and framework within Orange Business, helping to create a simpler ecosystem for our employees and with a reliable data source for the Company: Support the construction of a new framework to implement certifications within Orange Business, bringing simplicity to the process and ensuring that our employees have all the required tools and resources to boost their career development in certifications. Ensure a close collaboration with the internal stakeholders to translate all the business needs in terms of skills, certifications, and target audience. Act as the bridge between the partner ecosystem and the Orange Business internal upskilling/reskilling/certification ecosystem, translating the vendor framework to our Orange Business certification framework: Stablish a map for each vendor certification, ensuring that we have a clear matrix between the vendor capabilities with our Orange Job Roles and responsibilities. Interconnect each vendor certification roadmap with our business strategic value propositions for customers and sales. Work in collaboration with the Partner Officer group to ensure the certification requirements/investments to fulfill our top vendors partnership levels requirements. Define, build, and launch certifications campaigns to increase the number of certifications, enhance our level of partnership with key vendors and supporting our ambition of “Achieving 20,000 Certifications by 2025”. Ensure that each vendor has an effective system of tracking and managing certifications to enable timely and accurate reporting to internal stakeholders. Ensure a close collaboration with GDO, CTIO, Product & Marketing, Partner Officer, Regions & HR Business Partners. Define, build, and launch effective and engaging campaigns to ensure: Employees comprehension about the Orange Business' certification strategy and priorities, methodology, framework, and policy, allowing them to be autonomous and confident in their own career evolution path. Employees are directed to the right priority certifications in alignment with Orange Business’ strategic plan and we see a good volume of the right certifications completed. Certifications is embedded in the Learning Ecosystem with the right balance of leveraging communities and career experiences to facilitate employee development in accordance with the 70/20/10 learning philosophy.These activities are not exhaustive and may change depending on the priorities and continuous evolution of PEG, Orange Group and Orange Business.
