Requirements:

Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations. End to end solutioning which addresses the customer’s business problems, needs and opportunities. Is aligned to all the connected as well as independent solutions offered by Cygnet. Applies subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and adds value proposition to existing products. Exercises significantly independent judgement within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objective. Partners with Account Management team to build customer relationship at all levels by advocating and presenting technical strategies for customers transformation. Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of specific solution domain, company products and solutions while applying knowledge to translate functional view into technical view and architect complex solution and deliver joint business success by collaborating with respective products/Services teams. Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process. Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements. Frequently contributes to development of new idea and methods by constantly engaging with customer and analyzing their business needs. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional product teams and may participate in cross functional initiatives. Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes.
