Job Summary
The Head of Services, Admissions and Operations will oversee and manage MSM Unifys entire admissions and operations functions. This role requires strategic planning, strong leadership, and implementation of best practices to ensure efficient and effective processing of student admissions and operational workflows. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with extensive experience in admissions, services, and operations within the education or edtech sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate service associates/admission managers/executives to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain strong knowledge of admissions/service processes to respond effectively to customer and team inquiries.
- Ensure timely, high-quality service delivery with adherence to turnaround times.
- Escalate critical issues with proposed solutions in a timely manner.
- Manage external service providers and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability.
- Monitor top-tier customer issues, ensuring quick resolutions and high satisfaction.
- Develop SOP handbooks and service catalogs to streamline operations.
- Implement productivity monitoring systems while ensuring minimum attrition.
- Develop robust reporting systems to provide clear visibility into daily operations and business growth.
- Support the development of second-line managers for succession planning.
Strategic Planning and Leadership
- Develop and implement strategies for admissions and operations departments.
- Align departmental objectives with MSM Unify's overall organizational goals.
Admissions Management
- Oversee end-to-end admissions processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Build and maintain relationships with partner institutions, agents, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor admissions data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Operations Management
- Ensure operational activities are executed effectively and within budget.
- Drive continuous process improvements and implement KPIs for success measurement.
Team Development
- Recruit, train, and retain high-performing teams.
- Foster collaboration, inclusivity, and accountability across the department.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Implement quality assurance systems to maintain high service standards.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Represent MSM Unify at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless integration of admissions and operations.
Technology & Innovation
- Leverage technology to enhance admissions and operations efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry trends and implement innovative solutions for scalability.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in admissions and operations management, preferably within international education or edtech.
