**About**:
We at Footprints Education are looking for an earnest relationship executive to initiate and nurture steady, mutually beneficial relationships with our clients. As a sales executive, you should maintain contact with clients, work to understand their needs, and then advise them on which of our offerings could best support their objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take incoming calls using Footprints systems and answer all the concerns of parents.
- Create and communicate effectively value propositions for the organisation.
- Make telephone calls to the leads assigned by the system.
- Pre-qualify the leads by asking questions about their location, profiles, interests, etc.
- Present information to the lead about the Footprints and Capture and Document information on the leads obtained through the telecalls in the system
- Schedule and make follow-up calls to assess the level of interest of the prospect and remind them to visit centres for admissions
- Do the follow-up calls for admissions once the prospect has visited Centre
- Timely response to all incoming calls and WhatsApp messages
- Completing follow-ups daily as per business requirements and defined workflows

**Required Skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with active listening
- Good computer skills, exposure to CRM, Dialer

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Problem-Solving Skills, Customer Service, Sales Skills, Organization Skills, Attention to Detail, Knowledge of Educational Programs.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
