Position: HR & Admin Executive

Location: Kolkata

Department: Human Resources & Administration

Reports To: HR Head

Key Responsibilities - Human Resources

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, HR database, and personnel files.
  • Prepare appointment letters, confirmations, salary revisions, and other HR-related documents.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and overtime; coordinate with accounts for payroll processing.
  • Organize employee engagement programs, training sessions, and welfare activities.
  • Act as a support system for employees, addressing HR queries and grievances.
  • Making various reports through advance excel.
  • Making various presentation in power point.
  • Visiting branches of Belaghata and Madhamgram in a month twice.

Experience

1 year in recruitment and salary 1 year in salary processing.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR & Admin roles, preferably in corporate/industrial setup.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Very strong knowledge in Advance Excel.

Work Conditions:

  • Location: Esplanande, Kolkata
  • Working Hours: (Office timings, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
  • Salary: (10,000 to 15,000 + Bonus )

Additional Requirement:

  • Preferable if candidate has bike.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
