As aSenior Account Manager a person has to manage a portfolio ofaccounts and are responsible for building strong clientrelationships developing account management strategies coordinatingwith internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients needsand identifying opportunities to grow accounts.

  • Analytical skills to work acrossmultiple lines of business (clients) and internal departments indeveloping strategies to help deliver again client goals
  • Strategic mindset and troubleshooting skillsin a clientcentric environment
  • A goodunderstand of both creativity and technology.
  • Experience on working with large clients inmainline or digital agencies an added advantage.
  • Organic growth opportunities: Upsell and crosssell All Mirum services to existing client EG Technology solutions
  • Develop campaigns to sell technology ledservices from Mirum
  • Team Management managesand motivates team around the clients objectives and culture
  • Leads many client communications setsexpectations and manages quality of deliverables to deadline.

Presenting ofcredentials and leveraging the same with Client.

Developing Proposals and Pitches for Prospectiveclients
