Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand Manager to lead our Mumbai brand team and drive the growth and development of Wellbeing Nutrition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management within the D2C nutrition or nutraceuticals industry, with a specific expertise in packaging design, offline marketing, and new product launches. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve our brand objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance market presence and drive consumer engagement.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor the brand team, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Packaging Design: Lead initiatives on packaging design, ensuring it aligns with brand aesthetics, regulatory requirements, and consumer appeal.
  • Offline Marketing: Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and customer acquisition.
  • New Product Launches: Manage the end-to-end process of new product launches, from concept development to market introduction, ensuring timely and successful rollouts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and other relevant teams to ensure cohesive strategies and successful execution of brand initiatives.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Brand Manager with atleast 4 years in the D2C nutrition or nutraceuticals industry.
  • Proven expertise in packaging design, offline marketing, and new product launches.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Proficient in market research and data analysis.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience working in a startup environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the nutraceuticals industry.


Work Environment:

  • Primarily based in Mumbai with occasional travel as required.
  • Fast-paced and collaborative startup environment.
