We are looking for a passionate
Talent Acquisition Specialist (AM/Manager)
to join our HR team and drive end-to-end recruitment for critical business and tech roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Strategy & Planning
  • Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements across Warehousing, Fulfilment, SaaS, and Corporate functions.
  • Build and execute hiring plans aligned with quarterly business growth.
  • Sourcing & Recruitment
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding).
  • Use multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job portals, internal referrals, campus hiring, social media, and headhunting).
  • Develop and manage a strong candidate pipeline for niche and leadership roles.
  • Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position Losung360 as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a talent advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices.
  • Partner with external recruitment agencies and consultants for specialized mandates.
  • Data & Process Excellence
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, source mix, quality of hire, etc.).
  • Continuously improve hiring processes, leverage HRMS (Keka) and ATS tools for efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
  • 4–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in
    Logistics, E-commerce, SaaS, or Startups
    .
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to close mid-senior and niche positions within tight timelines.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Hands-on with
    HRMS / ATS (Keka preferred)
    , LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced sourcing techniques.
