Overview

The Oracle Primavera Techno Functional Consultant plays a vital role in our organization, leveraging both technical and functional expertise to implement and support Oracle Primavera solutions.

This individual will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business requirements, configure the Primavera system, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

They will also provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the system for performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze the requirements for Primavera implementation.

- Should know about the Cost Controls, Schedule Management, Business Process Management and Document Management modules of Unifier and Primavera P6 modules.

- Sound knowledge of the Unifier Project Control and Delivery Module with different business Process types and Shell creation.

- Should have deep knowledge of U-Designer functionality.

- Experience in designing and developing Business Processes with Workflow, Reports and Dashboards.

- Candidates must have experience in Cost Management, EVM, Contract, Cash Flow, Drawing, Inspection & Quality, Risk, Claim, Payment Application, User Administrator Management, and other modules.

- Should know about general Change Management and Supply Chain Processes.

- Should know how to transfer the project data through the Configuration Package.

- Data integration / APIs to interface between Oracle Primavera Unifier, Primavera, SAP S4HANA ERP, ECM, GIS, and BIM module will be an added advantage.

- Work closely with key project and business users to understand requirements and resolve issues around existing processes.

- Work with team to design and test enhancements to Primavera Unifier, primarily in developing Additional UDR and Custom reports with BI Publisher and carrying out enhancements.

- Knowledge of Unifier Mobility is a Must.

- Resource should be able to write complex SQL queries.

- Should know how to conduct requirement gathering, Business Blueprint meetings, UAT Meetings and conduct training on the Primavera P6 EPPM, Primavera Unifier and Primavera Analytics Implemented Modules.

- Create appropriate user guides and other training materials, conduct new user, refresher training and advance training courses.

- Work with Oracle Support and hosting provider to resolve issues Adaptable and resourceful, capable of working under pressure to meet aggressive deadlines.

- Should have handled Application-Administrative activities.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 8+ years of experience in Oracle Primavera implementation and support.

- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Unifier modules.

- Experience in integrating Primavera with ERP systems like Oracle E-Business Suite.

- Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and reporting.

- Certifications in Oracle Primavera and project management are desirable.

- Proven interpersonal skills; ability to work productively and professionally with any level of business and technical resources.

- Self-starter and strong self-initiative to meet project deliverables, overcome issues and effectively communicate project timelines for deliverables and resources.

- Strong Knowledge of Performance Testing and Defect Analysis.

- Assertive with strong communication and organizational skills.

- Proven experience in delivering successful Primavera solutions for complex projects.
