Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Consultant

Responsibilities :

- Work collaboratively with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into actionable configurations and customizations for Oracle Fusion HCM modules, with a particular focus on Compensation and Benefits (ORC).

- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Oracle Fusion HCM functionality, leveraging best practices and industry standards.

- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion HCM security models to ensure data integrity and access control.

- Develop integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and other enterprise systems using Oracle Fusion Middleware, BI Publisher, OTBI, and REST APIs.

- Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.

- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest Oracle Fusion HCM functionality and best practices.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the Oracle Fusion HCM environment.

- Collaborate effectively with project managers, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver successful implementations.

Requirements :

- 7 years of experience working as an Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant.

- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Oracle Fusion HCM modules, with a focus on Compensation and Benefits (ORC).

- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM data model, security model, and integration capabilities.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware, BI Publisher, OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), and REST APIs.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications and familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is a plus.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Certification (HCM Cloud 202X Release 1 or higher) is a plus.

Work Type : Contract

Contract Duration : 1 Year (Extendable)

Shift Timings : 11 AM to 8 PM / 12 PM to 9 PM

Joining : Immediate
