Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP MDG Consultant with ABAP experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Techno-Functional MDG consultant, with expertise in handling Utopia MDG EAM module, BRF+ Rules MDG configuration, SAP Floorplan Manager, SAP Web Dynpro, OData Services, and SAP Workflow.

This role requires strong technical and functional knowledge to create and enhance data models and ensure optimal performance in SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Utopia MDG EAM Module :

- Manage and configure Utopia MDG EAM module, specifically focusing on Service Master and Bill of Service.

- Ensure accurate and efficient handling of enterprise asset management data.

MDG Configuration and BRF+ Rules :

- Configure and manage BRF+ Rules for MDG.

- Customize and optimize business rules to meet specific business requirements.

SAP Floorplan Manager and Web Dynpro :

- Utilize SAP Floorplan Manager and SAP Web Dynpro to create user-friendly interfaces.

- Ensure seamless integration and functionality of SAP applications.

SAP ABAP and OData Services :

- Develop and manage SAP ABAP programs with OData Services.

- Implement custom and standard OData Services to facilitate data communication.

Custom and Enhanced Data Models :

- Create custom data models and enhance existing standard data models in SAP MDG.

- Ensure data integrity and consistency across the SAP landscape.

OOPs ABAP and Performance Tuning :

- Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles in ABAP development.

- Conduct performance tuning to optimize SAP applications and processes.

SAP Workflow :

- Design and implement SAP Workflows to automate business processes.

- Ensure efficient workflow management and task automation.

S4 HANA CDS and AMDP Views :

- Create Core Data Services (CDS) views and ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP) in S4 HANA.

- Ensure efficient data modeling and access for S4 HANA environments.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

- Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers and other team members.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices.

- Proactively suggest improvements to existing processes and technologies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5-10 years of professional experience as a Techno-Functional MDG consultant.

- Extensive experience with Utopia MDG EAM module (Service Master & Bill of Service).

- Strong knowledge of BRF+ Rules MDG configuration.

- Proficiency in SAP Floorplan Manager and SAP Web Dynpro.

- Strong expertise in SAP ABAP with OData Services.

- Experience in creating and enhancing custom data models in SAP MDG.

- Proficiency in OOPs ABAP with SAP performance tuning.

- Solid understanding and experience in SAP Workflow.

- Experience in creating S4 HANA CDS and AMDP views.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification in SAP MDG and/or SAP ABAP.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.

- Familiarity with other SAP modules and integration points.

- Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 development.
