Job Title: Business Development Manager – US IT Consulting and Staffing Services
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka India.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our IT consulting and staffing services across the United States. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with clients, and understanding the complexities of IT staffing and consulting needs in various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and proposing customized IT consulting and staffing solutions.
Market Expansion: Identify and target potential business opportunities in diverse markets to expand the company's client base and increase market share.
Sales Leadership: Drive the entire sales cycle from initial client engagement to deal closure, ensuring all client requirements are met.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies that enhance business growth and client satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment and consulting teams to ensure that client engagements are fulfilled effectively and efficiently.
Reporting and Analytics: Monitor business development activities, analyze market trends, and prepare reports to present to senior management.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
At least 5-7 years of proven experience in business development or sales, specifically in the IT consulting and staffing industry.
Strong network within the IT industry and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Preferred Skills:
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and data analysis tools.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing environments.
Leadership qualities and the ability to drive a team towards achieving targets.
