SHEOWS is a 30-year-old NGO based in New Delhi, India. With 4 shelter homes across Delhi-NCR, U.P., and Haryana, SHEOWS is dedicated to providing shelter, food, and basic amenities to more than 500 abandoned and destitute elderly individuals. Our mission is to make a significant difference in the lives of these neglected elders by offering them a safe and caring environment where they can receive the love, care, and respect they deserve.


Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Job Summary: The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing various marketing initiatives to promote products, services, or brands. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies, create compelling content, and analyze campaign performance to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Marketing Strategy Development:

·        Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

·        Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

·        Assist in defining target audiences and positioning strategies for products or services.

2.     Campaign Planning and Execution:

·        Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events.

·        Develop campaign briefs, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.

·        Coordinate with creative teams, agencies, and vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials and assets.

3.     Content Creation and Management:

·        Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, social media, email, and advertising.

·        Write copy for promotional materials, advertisements, product descriptions, and other marketing collateral.

·        Manage content calendars, schedules, and distribution to ensure timely and consistent messaging.

4.     Digital Marketing and Social Media Management:

·        Manage digital marketing channels, including website, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.

·        Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.

·        Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility and search engine rankings.

5.     Analytics and Reporting:

·        Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

·        Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing campaign results, insights, and recommendations for optimization.

·        Support in the development of new donors. Build relationships with Trusts, Foundations, institutional donors, high profile and high net worth individuals

·        Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics for continuous improvement.

6.     Collaboration and Communication:

·        Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business goals.

·        Communicate marketing plans, updates, and results to internal stakeholders and external partners as needed.

·        Foster a collaborative and positive working environment within the marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on campaign management and digital marketing preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
