Role overview:

We're looking for someone who loves helping people feel at ease with new tools. As a Client Relationship Executive, you'll be the friendly face guiding our clients as they start using our easy-to-use communication platform. The platform helps businesses stay connected with their customers through messaging, automation, and analytics. You'll build relationships, solve problems when they come up, and make sure our clients always feel supported. If you enjoy making someone's day a little better and being part of a collaborative, friendly team, we'd love to meet you

What we're looking for:

  • You have excellent English communication skills and feel confident talking to our US-based clients.
  • You enjoy solving problems and always keep the customer's needs in mind.
  • You're able to work independently, but you also love teaming up with others to get things done.
  • If you've worked night shifts before, that's a plus
  • Some experience in customer support (or a similar role) would be helpful.

What you'll be doing:

  • Welcome new clients with onboarding calls and help them get comfortable using our system.
  • Be the main person a group of our customers can reach out to whenever they need help or advice.
  • Support customers in getting the most out of the application and solve any technical issues that come up.
  • Keep clear and organized notes about customer conversations and solutions.
  • Work with our internal teams to quickly sort out any trickier problems customers might face.
