Key role and responsibilities

  • Program Development: Create and update training materials, manuals, guides, and e-learning content to ensure they are relevant and informative.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills for delivering complex information and engaging with diverse audiences.
  • Technical Proficiency:A strong understanding of the product or service to be trained, including its features and functionalities.
  • Customer Focus:A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and meet client needs and ensure a positive learning experience.
  • Organizational Skills:Strong organizational abilities to manage training schedules, materials, and client interactions effectively.
  • Adaptability:The ability to adapt to new technologies, evolving product features, and changing client requirements.
  • Analytical Skills:The capacity to analyze training feedback and data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Training Delivery:Conduct engaging training sessions and workshops for clients, both in-person and remotely, to impart knowledge and skills.
  • Needs Assessment:Perform needs assessments and skills gap analyses to identify client needs and tailor training programs to specific requirements.
  • Client Support:Provide post-training support to clients, addressing their questions, resolving issues, and ensuring they feel confident using the product.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with product development, sales, and customer success teams to gather feedback and ensure training content aligns with product updates and client goals.
  • Performance Monitoring:Track and evaluate training effectiveness, using feedback and metrics to make adjustments and improve future programs.
  • Onboarding & Relationship Building:Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new clients and play a crucial role in building a positive and lasting client relationship.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹ ₹600.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week

Education:

  • Master's (Required)

Experience:

  • Training & development: 5 years (Required)
  • Client training: 5 years (Required)

Language:

  • English (Required)
  • Hindi (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Any Formal Training License or Certificate is must (Required)
