To learn more about BuildNext, visit DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Trivandrum. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting and generating new leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating and closing deals, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.

QualificationsStrong sales and negotiation skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to build and maintain long-term customer relationshipsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExperience in the real estate or construction industry is preferredKnowledge of home design and construction is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
