We have urgent opening for AM/Manager Design and Coordination in Bangalore with a known brand in Hotel Industry

Role & responsibilities

Design and Co-ordination:

  • Preparation of Structural and Faade GFC drawings.
  • Preparation of coordinated RCPs for Structure, Interior and MEP.
  • Preparation of GFC drawings interior finishes, millworks, FF&E and civil work details.
  • Preparation of As-built drawings.
  • Project Presentations
  • Coordinating with the various design consultants during the concept, schematic, design development and construction phases of the project.
  • Proper Documenting, presenting and seeking timely design approvals from the higher management for each stage of the project
  • Effectively communicating and coordinating the changes/alterations and approvals with the consultants, ensuring flow through of information accurately.
  • Effective & timely coordination will include all verticals MEP, Interiors, Structures, Landscape, Lighting etc. as may be applicable for the project.

Internal Co-ordination

  • Ensuring effective coordination with the project manager, site execution team and HO support team.
  • Ensuring accurate coordinated drawings are prepared and maintained
  • Ensuring coordination with all the stake holders – consultants & projects team (site & HO) and deliverance with quality, within time

Site Execution:

  • Overseeing and ensuring adherence to design intent in execution.
  • Overseeing execution of interior works at site as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • B. Arch Degree or an equivalent degree in Interior Design
  • Excellent design and drafting skills and proficiency with CAD, Revit etc.
  • AutoCAD, Sketchup, MS Projects, Excel, Powerpoint, word. (Revit, Archicad, Photoshop, Coral Draw, Adobe illustrator would be added benefit)
