Role Overview:

Ferns & Petals (FNP) is the leader and pioneer of the concept of gifting in India. Started in 1994 as a Flower Shop in Delhi, we have now over 430 outlets all over India, delivering happiness across 500+ cities. We also have international presence in UAE, Singapore, Qatar, Kuwait etc. with further plans of quick expansion. This position is for the Ecommerce division of FNP India, FNP UAE, FNP Singapore (fnp.com, fnp.ae & fnp.sg respectively).

We are seeking an experienced HRIS professional to manage information, automate workflows and streamline HR process. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Note: Candidate with experience on ZingHR portal is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. System Implementation and Maintenance:

- Overseeing the implementation of new HRIS systems or upgrades to existing systems.- Ensuring that the HRIS meets the organization's needs and objectives.- Managing system configuration, customization, and integration with other systems, wherever required.

1. Data Management and Integrity:

- Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data stored in the system.- Developing and implementing data governance policies and procedures.- Regularly auditing data to identify and rectify discrepancies or errors.

1. User Support and Training:

- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to HRIS users.- Developing and delivering training programs to educate HR staff and other system users on how to effectively utilize the HRIS.- Creating user guides and documentation to assist with system usage.

1. Reporting and Analytics:

- Generating reports and analytics to provide insights into HR metrics and trends.- Designing custom reports to meet specific informational needs of HR and other stakeholders.- Analyzing data to identify opportunities for process improvements and strategic decision-making.

1. Compliance and Security:

- Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and other legal requirements.- Implementing security measures to protect sensitive HR data from unauthorized access or breaches.- Keeping abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices related to HRIS security and compliance.

1. Project Management:

- Leading or participating in HRIS-related projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, or process improvements.- Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.- Coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Desired Skills:

- Able to handle AS-IS configurations of all the modules of HRMS like Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, separation, Leave and Attendance, Performance Management, LMS, Travel and expenses modules etc. Independently- Deliver end to end implementation of Digital HRMS within the set timeline.- Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for the system used in the organization (e.g., Workday, Oracle, ZingHR)- Serve as a system administrator for HR systems and applications.- Evaluate HR systems to identify points of improvement.

Functional/Leadership Competencies
