We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to oversee the sales performance and operational efficiency of retail outlets in the assigned territory. The ASM will be responsible for driving store-level growth, ensuring adherence to brand standards, training store staff, and implementing sales strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.

· Manage daily operations of multiple retail outlets within the assigned area.

· Achieve area-level sales targets, profitability goals, and KPIs

· Monitor and improve store performance through regular audits and performance reviews.

· Hire, train, and mentor store managers and sales staff to ensure customer service excellence and operational efficiency.

· Execute retail marketing strategies and seasonal campaigns at the store level.

· Ensure visual merchandising, inventory control, and stock availability across stores.

· Maintain strong customer focus, resolve escalated complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

· Track competitor activity, market trends, and consumer preferences to inform strategies.

· Monitor and report sales figures, forecasts, and business updates to higher management.

· Ensure all stores comply with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹42,000.00 per month
