  • Maintain fruitful relationships with current partners and establish good relationships with new ones.
  • Develop and oversee sales and marketing strategies for Insurance products
  • Managing resources and staff, developing and attaining sales goals, delivering customer service, and growing the location's revenues.
  • Maintaining continuous contact with the people involved in the decision making regarding investments
  • Acquiring leads and sourcing and registration of new authorized persons / franchise
  • Strengthening and maintaining relationships with High Net Worth clients by offering prioritized servicing and increasing volumes across equity and derivative segments.
  • Error-free and smart trade execution, resolving queries and providing solutions in a timely manner, managing risk, maintaining margins and balances as per daily carry forward positions.
  • Recommending and discussing trading ideas with clients which include arranging analyst meets with clients, sharing news, and important developments in particular scrip.
  • Identifying clients potential and offering services accordingly to maximize business income from Insurance products



Candidate Profile & Skill Requirements


  • Bachelors Degree in Finance or related business field
  • 2+ years experience in managing franchises/channel partners/AP in the BFSI industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong understanding of capital markets and investment management
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Great leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
