Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Manager at Ebony Stays in Ahmedabad. The Franchise Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding our franchise partnerships, overseeing the operations and performance of franchise properties. They will collaborate with franchisees to ensure brand compliance, quality standards, and guest satisfaction. The Franchise Manager will also provide support and guidance to franchisees, conduct regular trainings, and assist with marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Experience in franchise management or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to build and maintain relationships with franchisees
Knowledge of the hospitality industry and market trends
Experience in property management and operations
Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
