With a client-first approach, we deliver high-quality services globally, and are looking to expand our client acquisition team. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth by acquiring new clients through online bidding platforms and professional networking tools. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales and strong experience in lead generation via platforms like LinkedIn and freelance marketplaces (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr). Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, bid, and close new projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, etc.
• Leverage LinkedIn and other channels for client acquisition and relationship building.
• Generate leads through email marketing, social media outreach, and other strategies.
• Coordinate with the technical team to prepare project proposals and quotations.
• Maintain strong follow-ups and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report performance metrics.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, client needs, and competitor analysis. Required Skills:
• 2–3 years of experience in IT sales or business development.
• Strong expertise in online bidding on freelancing platforms.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn for lead generation and client engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
