Early morning shift ( Rotational shifts with No night shifts)

Job Description & Key Responsibilities:-Revision of the user manual based on instructions from IT section.Provide technical support for G base software (main frame) and Pega SystemAssist end user with software and hardware issuesTroubleshoot and resolve technical problemsEnsure system are running efficientlyDocument and track support ticket

Required Skills:Excellent communication & presentation skills with international accent.Previously working on many domestic and international projectPast experience in banking application tools.Knowledge of Ms office application(word, excel, access etc)Past experience in handling international client calls emails or chat.

Qualification : Graduate in computer science & Masters in application tools

Experience : between 2 - 8 years of Relevant experience in helpdesk operation with good exposure in banking application tools or masters in application tools with international clients.
