About Us:

CORE is a Architectural & Structural office specializing in innovative and sustainable design solutions. We seek experienced Mid-level Architects with a proven track record in Industrial, Institutional, Multistorey, and Commercial projects to join our professional team. This role requires candidates who can lead high-profile projects from concept to completion and possess expertise in industry-standard design software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring design excellence and timely delivery.
  • Oversee project planning, design development, and execution across a variety of sectors, including industrial, commercial, high end residential villas and multistorey buildings.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and construction teams to ensure all project goals are met.
  • Develop creative and functional design solutions that meet client needs and comply with regulatory standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior architects and designers in the development of architectural plans and concepts.
  • Ensure project documentation, drawings, and specifications are completed to the highest standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management, specifically in industrial, and multistory building projects.
  • Must-have software skills: Proficiency in:
  • AutoCAD
  • Revit along with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software and Coordination
  • Sketch Up
  • Lumion/ V-Ray
  • 3ds Max (or other 3D modeling software)
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
  • MS Office
  • Experience in managing complex architectural projects from design through completion.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage project teams and timelines.
  • In-depth knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices
  • Proven experience with project documentation, construction detailing, and technical aspects of architecture.
