Job Summary:Follow:are seeking a highly motivatedBusiness Development professionalwith experience inaerospace engineering and manufacturing . The ideal candidate will drive growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our capabilities inaerospace structures, components, tooling, and system integration . This role requires strong technical understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes and a proven ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities inaerospace OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers .Promote the company’s expertise inaerospace design, manufacturing, and precision engineering .Collaborate with the engineering team to preparetechnical proposals, RFQ responses, and capability presentations .Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and government/defense agencies.Conductmarket research and competitive analysisto support strategic growth in target regions North America, LATAM, and Europe).Work with internal teams oncosting, pricing strategy, and bid management .Track project pipelines and ensure alignment with company growth and capacity plans.Coordinate with theengineering, manufacturing, and quality teamsto ensure customer requirements are met.Drivestrategic partnerships, joint ventures, or technology collaborationsto expand global reach.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree inAerospace, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering(Master’s preferred).5–15 years of experience inbusiness development, sales, or program managementwithin theaerospace industry .Strong understanding ofaerospace manufacturing processessuch as CNC machining, composite structures, sheet metal, tooling, or assembly systems.Familiarity withAS9100, NADCAP, and aerospace quality systems .Proven track record inwinning contracts or developing client accountswith aerospace OEMs or Tier suppliers.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to managetechnical discussionsand interface with engineering and procurement teams.
