Job Description
Main Objective
  • Heavily involved in the NOC approvals and authorities’ coordination for projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Experienced in obtaining NOC, Authorities Approvals, and coordination with authorities for projects.
  • Ensure the timely submissions of NOC application through Authorities portals and well versed with the authorities’ requirements.
  • Supervise and ensure effective communication between the engineers, contractors,authorities and other third parties.
  • Ensure proper integration and coordination with authorities for NOC applied Attend authorities’ meetings and follow-up with approvals of NOC.
  • Coordinate and collect information from relevant government authorities, third-party consultants and contractors if required, attend co-ordination meetings, and provide support during NOC process.
  • Monitor progress and review of drawings and documentation required for NOC’s applications.
  • Coordination with the Client (both internal and external) and liaise with all government offices and service authorities in Dubai and UAE as required for all technical queries and issues.
  • Maintain regular follow up on submissions made to the different authorities Manage the progress, track all NOC’s Applications, control memos, transmittal and letters related to NOC activities and ensure all of them are completed on time.
  • Keep accurate records of all permits, NOC and approvals, Act as a liaison on technical matters between Building and Facilities and Government Authorities.
  • Maintain sufficient information and stay updated on changes in regulations and codes that may impact NOC and permits applications.

Requirements Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s in engineering from a recognized university.
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in similar filed
  • Possess good leadership skills, including the ability to lead & motivate his team, decision-making skills, ability to perform multitasking, follow up and planning abilities, time management, and good computer skills.
  • Perfect communication skills, fluent in report writing and group facilitation; presentation skills, and fluency in speaking and writing in English and Arabic.

Requirements
Main tasks: 1. Follow up on official correspondence and communications received by the Executive Director’s Office, which include (letters, e-mails) to ensure that the necessary measures are taken. 2. Preserving correspondence, and official documents within an integrated document preservation system. 3. Follow up on the status of messages received from all sectors and departments of the Authority. 4. Preparing for the evaluation of the Office of the Executive Director. 5. Covering the duties of the Executive Director’s secretary during his vacation. 6. Preparing monthly reports related to correspondence to the Executive Director. 7. Managing incoming/ outgoing correspondence from the Office of the Executive Director through the Tarasul system. 8. Follow up co-ordination with the office of the Director General and Chairman of the Board of Directors to ensure that all directives and instructions of the Director General and Chairman of the Board of Directors are implemented. 9. Ensuring that correspondences that do not have a specific end date are not delayed for more than two months. 10. Ensuring that all requirements are provided on time and that their completion is not delayed. 11. Receiving messages (forms, minutes of meetings) that require the approval of the Executive Director and sending them to the concerned authority upon approval. 12. Periodic follow-up and updating of the shared file. 13. Following up on matters related to the Office of the Executive Director and preparing and implementing the tasks assigned to me, including minutes of meetings, PowerPoint presentations
