Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Technical Support Engineer. The Senior Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers. They will analyze and resolve customer issues, deliver exceptional customer service, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions. The Senior Technical Support Engineer will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions and contribute to the development of support documentation and knowledge base articles.

  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Prior experience in network security or related field is a plus
  • CCNA (or any related network ceritifications) is an add-on
