Supervises all kitchen areas, including support areas such as dishwashing and purchasing, to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow. Brings creativity and innovation to culinary offerings, staying abreast of industry trends and introducing new techniques, ingredients, and menu items to enhance the dining experience. Possesses significant experience in the luxury hospitality segment, understanding the unique demands and expectations of discerning guests. Maintains the highest standards of service and quality synonymous with luxury establishments. Leads by example, inspiring and motivating the kitchen team to achieve excellence.
