
Sales Account Manager

Role & responsibilities
Attend meetings with prospects to determine technical and business requirements and ensure that
all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.
- Present and demonstrate companys products and technologies effectively to audiences of varied
technical knowledge.
- Provide technicalsolutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes.
- Create internal design configuration documentation including architectures diagrams with technical
explanations.
- Write technicalspecifications for extensions to fillsolution gaps via product APIs.
- Work with Product Managers to provide feedback on solution gaps with current products and provide input on
new features, or ideas for new products.
- Ability to understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer and to the company.
- Structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost
savings and business benefits to clients.
- Assume responsibility for running a bid team, when relevant.
- Interface with the implementation / project team, articulating customer requirement, to ensure smooth
transition from Sales to Delivery.
- Provide pre-salestraining, guidance, and assistance asrequired to enable channel partners.
- Conduct workshops with existing customers to collect feedbacks and provide the same with Product team.
- Get the right people from Product teams to ensure that the customer success.
- Should have worked as presales forselling enterprise monitoring tools.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the products and services offered.
- Ability to present technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong interpersonalskillsto build relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Analytical thinking to understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems quickly.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentationsto prospective customers.
- Explain complex technical information to non-technicalstakeholders.
- Knowledge of programming languages,software development, and IT infrastructure.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other salestools.
Proficiency with presentation tools(e.g., PowerPoint) and demonstration platforms.
