We are looking for a HubSpot Implementation Expert, someone with a proven track record in hands-on implementation of projects and campaigns through HubSpot's CRM Suite.

Required Experience:

  • Experience in agency work or consulting with several clients simultaneously.
  • Proficient in strategic consulting for HubSpot's Revenue Operations.
  • Skilled in crafting detailed process outlines and project plans.
  • Expertise in resolving intricate issues within HubSpot.


Skills You Should Possess:

  • Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to new aspects of the HubSpot platform.
  • Experience in providing HubSpot training.
  • Commitment to enhancing your efficiency in HubSpot implementation.
  • Self-disciplined and well-organized.
  • Capable of working independently in a remote setting.


Your Responsibilities:


Client Interaction:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for client requirements.
  • Prompt communication with clients through designated channels.
  • Provide strategic HubSpot consultations, including initiating calls, conducting working sessions, training, tracking progress, and managing offboarding.
  • Maintain records of meetings and formulate actionable plans.


Strategic Planning:

  • Formulate long-term strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with clients.
  • Tailor strategic approaches to meet client Revenue Operations objectives within HubSpot.
  • Record strategies for replication and adherence.


Technical Expertise:

  • Troubleshoot strategic HubSpot issues.
  • Implement HubSpot solutions.
  • Educate clients on practical HubSpot usage.
  • Maintain thorough technical knowledge of HubSpot.


Project Management:

  • Work alongside a Digital Project Strategist to ensure smooth progression of client projects.
  • Manage client communication within specific tasks.


Industry Leadership:

  • Create and share industry-related content (talks, blogs, guides, videos, social media posts) in line with our services and client needs.
  • Network and collaborate with peers in the industry.
  • Establish yourself as a HubSpot Revenue Operations Specialist.


Time Management:

  • Monitor and manage your project timelines.
  • Self-organize and prioritize tasks efficiently.


Communication:

  • During standard business hours, stay connected with the team and clients through various communication channels, such as Slack, email, texts, calls, and even smoke signals.


Internal Collaboration:

  • Participate in regular team meetings.


Marketing and Sales Support:

  • Contribute to the company's marketing efforts.
  • Assist in the sales process when necessary.


Continual Learning:

  • Keep up with all HubSpot Certifications.
  • Attend both in-person and virtual educational events.
